For the last
28 years, Kathy Mardaresco has owned,
managed and marketed successful businesses
from taxi's & limo's in NYC to a building
maintenance company, a medical billing
company, nurse's registry and now the
mortgage business in Southern California.
She works with American Home
Mortgage and finds it very challenging on
one hand and extremely gratifying and
fulfilling on the other. The satisfaction
and gratification comes from helping young
couples finance their first homes or giving
a family the opportunity to get out of
bankruptcy and save their homes.
The mortgage business,
Kathy's huge philanthropic heart and her
entrepreneurial skills allow her to fulfill
her passion in helping women make well
thought out investments and decisions when
purchasing their own homes.
After decades of watching
Kathy's achievements and hard work, her
oldest daughter, Nicole, decided to shadow
her footsteps and join Kathy's team. It
doesn't stop there; all 3 of Kathy's grown
children are successful, go getters and
super proud of their Mom. In addition to
spending countless hours with her family,
she finds time for ballroom dancing, tennis
and walking on the beach.
