WOWIE! 
I am thrilled and honored so many great women have chosen Team Women as the vehicle to grow their business. August was a record month with 11 new chapters opened and 66 new members across the country. I am in awe of the fabulous, professional business women joining the TEAM!
Thanks again for everyone’s patience during the transition and it is getting more exciting everyday. We are up to 42 chapters covering seven different states with several new states opening in September. I can’t wait to hit the road in my Wine Mobile and come to visit all of you at your chapter meetings.
My goal by the end of the year is to have chapters opened in at least 15 states and all 50 by the end of 2008! Remember for every three members you refer who join a chapter anywhere in the country, you receive $25 and there is no limit to the number of times you can earn this. I had a great time writing a personal check to one our members yesterday at the kick off meeting for TW Laguna Beach, CA.
We are giving the chapter websites a face lift and you will be receiving more information about that in the next week. If your chapter does not have a website and you would like information, send an email to me at support@teamwomen.com with Chapter Website in the subject line please. They are a great way to gain additional exposure for your chapter and your individual businesses.
We also have a project beginning to make the TW Site more user friendly and would like your help. Please send me any suggestions, ideas or thoughts on how to improve the user friendliness and functionality of the site. We want it to work for you! Again, an email to me with Team Women Site in the subject line would be great. A committee will be reviewing the ideas and enhancing the site in any way we can.
Question! For the last two years, I have loved taking the TEAM WOMEN cruise and would love to do again this spring if there is enough interest. Please let me know if this is something you would enjoy. I can tell you we have had a blast for the last two years. If there is enough interest, I will start getting the details together.
Please let me know of women’s expos and events in your area where we might want to have a Team Women Booth to promote and grow your chapter. I would like to be doing one big event at least every quarter and you can help by letting me know of ones in your area.
As we go into fall, remember to keep networking. Mark Victor Hanson says the best predictor of your long term net worth is based on your network. Who you do know does count!

Cindy Logan has come to Nouveau Riche and Team Women from a diverse background. She joined the Army at the age of 17, went on to get a BA in accounting and a Masters in Management from USC. She's worked at the Federal Reserve Bank as an auditor, Rockwell International as an analyst, Realtor, and as an Insurance agent. She has mastered networking, becoming instantly related with most, and connects with others easily. All of that prepared her for her new avocation with Nouveau Riche. Nouveau Riche is about changing lives; living the american dream! The gap between the middle class and the wealthy is widening, and ONLY one (1%) percent of our great country achieves wealth!
 Nouveau Riche has created answers to close that gap, just by asking the question, "what do the 1% wealthy do that the middle class doesn't do?" The answer is "INVEST IN REAL ESTATE." I'm not a Realtor, but I help people with the six inches of real estate between their ears! We are the only Real Estate investing college in America. We create real estate investors; 75% of our students go on to invest in real estate! (That may seem low, but seminar companies have a 5% conversion rate) Good leads for me are: People who are stressed about retirement because they don't have enough saved, people who are very successful, but don't have time freedom to spend with people they love, and people who are wanting to provide additional benefits to their families.
Team Women is a remarkable organization of women who become related and intertwined. I look forward to my meeting every other week and our frequent socials where we can connect on a deeper level. When I switched categories, my Team Women group members were the very first guests to attend my presentation! What a fabulous level of support! They connect me with possible power partners and we always have guests, thanks to our founder's efforts in keeping us in the newspaper. The rule of having one person per category ensures that we are secure in gaining business from our other team members. I recommend Team Women for ANY woman who wants to grow her business!
