Congratulations on your decision to take your business to the next level. Setting an intention to create a successful business is the first step to building the business of your dreams. The purpose of Team Women is to bring women business owners together into an environment where relationships are built which lead to increased business and profits for each member. This is done by each member providing highly qualified, business referrals to the other women in her chapter.

The philosophy on which Team Women is built is that we live in an abundant universe and there is more than enough business for each of us. By committing to giving referrals and focusing on supporting our chapters’ members in reaching their goals, our own goals will be fulfilled beyond our wildest expectations.

Team Women’s theory is that each of us knows at least 250 people and each of them are potential clients for the products and services offered by our chapter members. When a chapter has ten members, there are 2500 potential customers for members' businesses. At twenty members in a chapter, the number grows to 5000 possible referrals. And, at thirty which is the maximum number allowed per chapter, you have possible access to 7500 new clients.

Referral based networking is the number one way to grow your business. Whether you are a seasoned business owner or a brand new entrepreneur, Team Women is the way for you to build relationships which will last a lifetime. You will also learn marketing strategies and sales tools from other business women, and will benefit from each other's business experience.
